I try to take my kids to daily Mass three times a week, though usually it ends up being one or two. I've definitely noticed they are familiar with the Mass elements and also that they enjoy "playing" Saints and Mass at home, but boy, oh boy, it's a sacrifice made for God to endure those 40 minutes with them! God Bless!

TienneTiennehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13315891571577431883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6141373801101794883.post-9782551226420387052010-06-04T16:30:45.698-06:002010-06-04T16:30:45.698-06:00Thank you all for the encouragement! I love going to daily mass, but as we have had more children it has become more challenging. Of course my 2 year old was a little crazy! We had to leave our pew a few times. And I was ready for some rude comment when we were leaving. Instead I was pleasantly surprised by a group of women, who greeted me after mass! They were very welcoming! And so glad to have the children there! They also ALL offered to help the next time I come! What a difference!
I've watched my now 4 year old go from the crazy 2 year old, who's favorite time to talk is during mass....to now 4, and able to sit quietly through mass! Its difficult, but as your story proves, its worth it! I always think, these are God's children and I'm bringing them to him!juliannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17072045599631918689noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6141373801101794883.post-75749478588280441142010-06-04T12:25:04.397-06:002010-06-04T12:25:04.397-06:00That is a great story. I haven't been to daily Mass since we moved from Colorado to Maine, but my husband and I joke that, by taking our six kids to Mass each week, we're working off time in Purgatory.Cheryl Ruffinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15808011523753175563noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6141373801101794883.post-77429582960440856332010-06-04T07:14:59.859-06:002010-06-04T07:14:59.859-06:00What a great story!
